Why this is public

Most of our work is delivered on clients' sites under clients' safety systems — and the bigger the client, the more rightly they want to see ours before we set foot on site. Rather than emailing PDFs around, the system lives here: always current, version-controlled, and open. If you're reviewing us for prequalification, start with the SMS manual — section 18 maps the elements your checklist is looking for straight to where they live.

Three shortcuts: the audit cross-reference (manual s.18) maps common checklist items to our documents; the client-site interface (s.5) explains exactly what we adopt from your system and what of ours always applies; and where an element is genuinely not applicable to a sole-operator business, the manual says so explicitly rather than papering over it — with the growth trigger that upgrades the system before that changes.
